I have had peels and dermatology planing. Both experiences were great!! The staff is friendly, professional, and educated. I used to have very problematic skin and now I do not even have to wear make up. So thankful to the staff for their work and suggestions. Highly recommend!

Loved my experience today! The receptionist quickly checked me in. Drea was my injector. She was so knowledgeable and sweet. It’s nice to know that someone you trust with your face knows exactly what they’re doing and can explain it! Kathleen checked me out. She was extremely helpful and kind. There were a few issues that arises that weren’t on her end and she fixed them quickly. I would 100% recommend!

Dr. Heil and his Physician Assistants are the best in the industry! Their service is unmatched. Every time I go and visit with Dr. Heil he gives me sound expertise advise. The best thing I experience from him and his PAs is that they never make me feel pressured about selecting my treatments nor do they underscore my concerns. They all take the time (and I mean as long as it takes for me to understand it) to explain the procedure and what to expect afterwards. They're always a professional and so courteous as well. Bottomline is, I trust them. Thank you Dr. Heil !

Dr. Heil did a magnificent job of suturing a long laceration near my eyebrow following an accident. He was able to hide it in my eyebrow and the scar tissue is only visible if you know where to look. His physician assistant gave me good instructions to minimize scar tissue as it was healing. Thank you very much.

I had a mole on my forehead since birth and it started to itch and change colors. Also had some scaly, itchy areas on my ear that were bothering me. Went to the dermatologist, Dr. Busquett @ ABMS to get the areas checked out. They recommended removal of the suspicious mole and treatment for the pre-cancerous lesions on my ears (AK confirmed from biopsy). Went to their surgery center in Wexford (goes by Premier Plastic Surgery) to have the mole removed by the plastic surgeon, Dr. Heil, since it was in the middle of my forehead. Great experience there - taken back quickly, prepped and had the procedure done under local numbing agent. Very happy with results as there is no evidence of a scar whatsoever. Regarding the AK, had a procedure with light therapy and some kind of drug that they painted on my face. The light activates the drug which kills the cancer cells. They were really good about informing me that the procedure would feel like a real bad sunburn. It did! I did a lot of research on the web before and everyone said the same thing - it's the way the drug works. They put a mini hose with cool air blowing on my face to ease the discomfort. After that they gave me the right creams and products to take care of my face while it healed. Overall, very pleased with the experience and would recommend to anyone who asked where to go.

Thank you for taking the time during the consultation. This was my first treatment and I am so pleased with my results of Botox and Juvéderm Volbella. Not painful and the results were actually what I wanted. Great job Doctor Heil and Zak.

I've had tattoo removal and Botox here. They staff are always friendly and they treat their patients wonderful. Their prices are a bit steep but you pay for what you get.

I just wanted to highly recommend Dr. Brian Heil of Premier Plastic Surgery. I had a breast augmentation in August 2009 and I'm extremely satisfied! The Aqua Blue Medical Spa has a wonderful atmosphere; it just makes you feel relaxed. The staff is wonderfully nice and always smiling and happy, even at their busiest times they make you feel like you're the only patient there! Dr. Heil is a wonderful surgeon, very soft-spoken and nice, and knows what he's doing. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Heil!

Staff is amazing! There is no upselling, pushing unnecessary procedures. They listen and the staff is educated on every procedure. Great experience I highly recommend! They provide a multitude of services.

I went in for a consultation and couldn't have been happier. The staff was pleasant and very friendly. The waiting room is relaxing and quiet and has coffee and water available. I visited the Upper St Clair location and had my consult with Drea. What a fantastic lady! Extremely knowledgeable, but able to explain things in layman's terms for those who may not be medically versed or know much about the procedure. She has a fantastic personality and answered every question that I had. I look forward to visiting her for said procedure up at their Wexford location. I also found out that this location will be closed for about a month as they move closer to South Hills Village. They will be in the same shopping center as Nothing Bundt Cakes and Duck Donuts. Sounds like a dangerous move lol
