I had cool sculpting done and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! My results were amazing and I loved the staff!!

5 + stars. Their new location in Upper. St. Clair is to die for. It’s new remodel is professional and may I add beautiful and clean. Their staff is so welcoming via phone and in person. One of their receptionists Melissa is so sweet and very accommodating to be as flexible as possible when booking your appointment. Their overall staff makes you feel special and comfortable to welcome you to their med spa. I had my procedure done with Bonnie Russo and my experience with Bonnie spoke for its self. Her welcoming, positive personality made my consult and procedure very comfortable and relaxed. Her expertise and knowledge made me very confident that she had the best treatment plan for my specific cosmetic concerns. Being a 21 year old, I was self conscious about the flaws I had on my face. I came to Acqua Blu to remove old scars and a mole off my face which made me nervous in general to remove because these flaws were on my face and something I could see each and everyday. I wanted to make sure I was in the best hands and had someone with great experience to perform my procedure. She showed me many treatment options in which she explained in detail as her final recommendation for my concerns were in my best interest to obtain the best end result. She also stayed in contact with me after I left the office as I went off to school. My patient and physician relationship with Bonnie was very genuine and professional which does not always happen. She made an effort to follow up with my procedure and asked how I was doing. She took time out of her day to make sure I was doing well and satisfied with the results. I could not ask for a better doctor to perform my procedure. I am so glad I choose Acqua Blu Medical Spa. Their staff and their professional staff are so kind and very educated in their field. I would not choose any other med spa to attend. The atmosphere is one of a kind. Make your next appointment with Acqua Blu Medical Spa, you will not regret it. Bonnie Russo is a must! Book with her! She is amazing and l cannot thank her enough. I already have my next procedure with her scheduled to make me feel more confident and beautiful inside and out.

I love Zak! I drive two hours, because I would never do injectables with ANYONE else! Communication could not be better. Never tried to sell you anything, I love that. He gives great advice if asked. Just the best. Absolutely the best! Office staff are very sweet with very cheerful attitudes.

I’ve been going to Acqua Blue for many years. Definitely over 10 if I had to guess. I’ve had so many different treatments there. I’ve had several different people do my treatments over the years as well. My favorite was Bonnie wat back when. She’s amazing! Then I stumbled upon Anna. She’s fabulous too! The front desk & office staff is always so friendly as well. The atmosphere is awesome! I love them and will never go elsewhere! They get a 10/10 in my book every time.
