I have gone to Dr. Heil and his staff for several procedures, and I have consistently been extremely happy with both my results and the care I’ve received. They are not only incredibly skilled at what they do, but they are also genuinely kind, compassionate, and attentive. During one of my procedures, we encountered some unexpected challenges related to my own health issues. Dr. Heil was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I was safe, comfortable, and well cared for. That experience truly showed me how much he cares about his patients beyond just the procedure itself. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been positive. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I actually enjoy my visits because I know I’m in good hands. The office is always clean, beautiful, and welcoming as well. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Heil and his entire team. I trust them completely and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a provider who combines excellent results with exceptional patient care.

Bonnie Russo at Acqua Blu Medical Spa is truly outstanding. She’s a P.A. who has been performing Sciton laser procedures since 2008, and her decades of experience really show. My sister — who is a medical doctor — specifically recommended Bonnie because of her expertise and reputation, and I’m so glad she did. Bonnie is a Mozart with the laser. Her skill and precision are remarkable. I’ve had laser procedures at other practices before, but Bonnie was exceptional. She has an incredible ability to look at a face and quickly identify multiple issues that can be addressed in a single session, and then treat them with confidence and care. If you’re considering laser treatment, you want someone with real experience and judgment — and Bonnie absolutely has both. I will definitely be returning.

From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The waiting room is not only spotless but stylish and comfortable as well. Mimi, who escorted me back from the waiting area, was fantastic!! She took the time to explain the entire process and made sure I was fully prepared. She was so sweet and personable, which made my visit even more enjoyable. It was nice getting to chat with her before having my lips re-done. During my treatment, I passed out, but the team handled it very well, reassuring me that it’s not uncommon and making sure I was comfortable. Overall, the entire experience was professional, smooth, and my lips turned out great!! Highly recommend!

Recently saw Cassie for my Dysport and Lip filler treatment and I cannot say enough about the process start to finish and the results afterwards. Cassie is fantastic! She was very informative, and took her time! This was something I had spent years thinking about and I am so happy I finally did it! Thank you Cassie for making me feel so confident!

Since I started coming to this place, I have loved every experience. I have had laser hair removal done, face lasers including moxi, & laser genesis, also the hydro facial. I love my results and I am very happy. Highly recommend all. Kayla is awesome, super friendly & she knows her stuff!! The rest of the staff is also awesome! Can not wait to continue doing new treatments & trying their products!

Can’t say enough good things about this place and Drea in particular! I purchased a package of three Picoway laser treatments, and while I’ve only had two so far, have seen an unbelievable improvement in my skin/pigmentation issues! You’re in great hands here.

The office is beautiful and the staff are amazing. I can’t live without Drea! She takes pride in her work and is thrilled when she sees that her clients are happy.

The BBL laser treatment was painless. I can see results after one session I can see y try hat my skin tone is more even and some of the redness is gone. Drea is an excellent PA, she listens to your concerns and develops a treatment plan that is research based and achieves desired results. I would highly recommend this practice.
