Dr. Heil and his staff are absolutely amazing. I couldn't be more happy with my results. They are so friendly and professional. They make you feel very comfortable from start to finish.

I recently visited Dr. Heil's office for a consultation for breast augmentation. The front dest staff were friendly, professional, and definitely took necessary measures to keep the place sanitized and clean. The Physician's assistant was the first person I met with during the consultation and she was fantastic, answering all of my questions thoroughly, offering her advice and recommendations on sizing, and just being pleasant and professional. I then saw Dr. Heil. He spent a lot of time going over what the procedure would entail, answered my questions, and was friendly and knowledgable. Afterwards, I met with someone to discuss the financial piece and she was fabulous and friendly as well. Everyone in this office is pleasant, positive, and friendly, which is nice to see in a doctor's office. The office itself is also very nice and welcoming in decor and style.

Initially I started this process during covid. I was supposed to be going to Hawaii but my trip was cancelled. They were able to fit me in during my scheduled 2 week vacation. Dr. Heil and I had our initial consult on zoom and then 3 days later in the office. He is wonderful. He’s patient and kind and knowledgeable. I read a lot of reviews and did my research and he has not disappointed. We spent over an hour on zoom and than an additional 1 1/2 hours in his office. His staff are great also. The PA is very knowledgable And she answered every question I had. I felt very comfortable before surgery. After surgery was a little rushed and some instructions were confused as they didn’t give enough time to write everything down. My daughter is task oriented and likes to write things down. After care so far has been top notch. They are on time, so nice and answer all your questions again and again. I couldn’t have picked any better. I am still healing but so far so good!

Exceptional treatment from beginning to end of visit. Staff was caring, personal and friendly. Zac is very knowledgeable and took time for all questions I had. Didn't feel hurried when talking with Dr.Heil. He spent much time explaining the procedure and was patient with my questions. I would definitely recommend.

Smooth process and relatively easy experience

Recently had hair restoration procedure completed. Everyone was amazing. Super kind, thoughtful, caring and attentive to my needs, questions and concerns. Procedure took a long time, but went very well. Had an initial consultation for hair restoration procedure back in 2019. Spent much more time than I expected, which was greatly appreciated. Dr. Heil was the only physician I consulted with because after talking to him, meeting his staff and seeing his office, I felt I was in the best hands already.

Great staff Great doctor

I had a hair restoration procedure. Dr. Heil is intelligent, thoughtful, kind, and good at his job. The PAs and other professionals there are equally caring and responsive. I could not recommend them more highly. Initially I was nervous and reluctant to have the procedure, but was made to feel calmer by their professionalism during my consultation. They did not let me down during the procedure or in the follow-up. Great people.
