Doctor Heil cares about you as a patient. He spent so much time with me and my husband and explained my surgery in detail. Follow up care was excellent and his PAs are wonderful. I would highly recommend Doctor Heil.

I had an active lesion on my lower back for some 50 years. I went to several dermatologists over the years for treatment and prescriptions. The lesion would get worse in hot weather or when I was stressed. It would seep through. Dr. Heil's office performed an on-site surgery in 2009. The work was successful and within a week, there was no more seeping or even a hint that there was ever anything there. Today on the 24th of May 2014, there is no hint that the sore will ever return. Dr. Heil also removed a growth behind my neck that never returned. Everything he does, he does with professional skill and care. Why would anyone go to another Doctor when we are lucky to have Dr. Heil right here in the Pittsburgh area.

My nose has always been problematic. It was broken several times and redone 3 times before coming to Dr. Heil. Dr. Heil did the 4th one sometime in 2002 or so. It improved, but the nostrils were uneven. I went back to Dr. Heil in 2013 where he performed an open surgery by lifting and placing a splint from cartridge taken from my ears. It was a long and tedious surgery that left my nostrils amazingly even. From the front, my nose really looks a lot better, however, I am upset about my profile, which now has a hump because of the splint. Dr. Heil has carefully reviewed the surgery and admitted that there is a small hump due to the splint and stated that there was too much scar tissue inside the nose because of the previous surgeries. He felt that if he did anything with the splint the tip might "droopâ??. I though that he did a perfect job and Dr. Heil, being a perfectionist, stated that it was good, but not perfect. I appreciated that honest statement. I consulted with three other revision surgeons and I did not feel as comfortable with any of them so I am remaining with Dr. Heil. It has been a year since the surgery and I have my final appointment with Dr. Heil and Zach next week. I am going to try to convince Dr. Heil to try one more time to fix my nose, even if he can reduce the hump by 0.1cm, I will be very happy. Regardless, I will not go to another surgeon because I feel that Dr. Brian Heil is the best cosmetic surgeon in the US.

I had a general consult with Dr. Heil. I am in my mid 50's. Dr Heil was very kind and asked me what part of my appearance was my main concern. I said "my neck". I was not surprised when he said i needed a neck lift. I appreciated his candor. Not having time for surgery right now, we talked about other procedures. He ended up doing a microlaser peel & profractional treatment to my face, eyes & neck with the laser. The downtime was only a few days. My skin looked beautiful when it healed & still does. I have since gone to Dr. Heil for the new filler called Voluma which is the only FDA approved filler for the upper cheekbones. It gave my face that youthful look. He also injected my temples. The transformation is incredible. I have had many compliments because I look younger but also very natural. When I get my neck lift, Dr. Heil will be my surgeon. He is knowledgeable, informative and easy to talk to. A superb physician.

Highly skilled plastic surgeon. I would recommend to anyone seeking cosmetic surgery. Doctor Heil is true artist and perfectionist. I am grateful to him for his time and compassion. I have the look that I wanted for years.

My experience with Doctor Heil and his Providers exceeded my expectations. Friendly and very educated staff. Beautifully and impeccable clean modern facility. I had Smart Lipo done on my outer thighs from Dr Heil about 3 months ago. I am so pleased with my results, they have completely surpased my previous expectations, and still getting BETTER each day! My ' problem area' on my outer thighs is now completely gone! Dr. Heil and his staff are extremely courteous and helpful every step of the way. He takes his time addressing any questions, making sure he can give you the exact outcome you are looking for. His precision and attention to detail made post-surgery easy and my incisions are so tiny you can't even tell I had Lipo done. I really want to thank Dr Heil and all his staff, especially Amanda, Lauri and Patrica who were so helpful during post-op care and instructions. They are all so nice and genuinely concerned about your well-being and recovery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Heil To anyone, and will be returning to him for any other procedures I may want.

As a doctor I'm acutely aware of the competence and expertise of a medical provider. I can attest that Dr. Heil has always been very detaiI oriented and meticulous throughout my consult and procedures. I can attest that he and his entire staff are very caring and professional from check-in to post procedure care. Unequivocally he is an outstanding surgeon that I have and will continue to highly recommend to my patients or friends who desire any aesthetic procedures.

I want to share my experiences with Dr. Heil. I have had a couple of procedures with Dr Heil (tummy tuck, face lift) as well as some laser treatments. Dr Heil is caring and precise and a master of his craft. Of course I was thrilled with results of the tummy tuck and now feel comfortable wearing a 2 piece swimsuit! My facelift was done so well that virtually no one noticed anything other than that I looked more refreshed and youthful. I'm sure you've seen some people who don't even look like themselves anymore after a facelift...not with Dr. Heil! I would recommend he and his state of the art office to anyone considering plastic surgery!

First impressions go a long way and I was highly impressed with Dr. Heil's reception and waiting areas. The support staff was very helpful handling my insurance concerns and the waiting area was bright and relaxing. Dr. Heil was very generous with his time and explained in detail the issue that brought me in to see him. I was able to schedule a follow up appointment for treatment that was flexible for my work schedule. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Heil and his support staff. He is very confident in his approach and I would highly recommend him.

I have had 2 procedures at Dr Heil's office, and would recommend him and his staff to anyone. From the front desk receptionist, to Zac and Amanda his PAs, to the nurses Lori, Michelle and Amber, to Dr Heil himself- I always felt important, comfortable, never rushed, and my procedures were complete successes. Dr Heil and staff are fantastic!

Let me start off by saying, I was very satisfied and pleased with the results of my recent cosmetic surgery. But, most of all I was so impressed with how kind and compassionate Dr. Heil was with me. I was mulled by a dog . Dr Heil canceled all his appointments that day to treat me. I had a 2x4 hole in my forehead and needed a lot of stitches in my forehead. Dr Heil put me at ease and explained everything he was doing as he did it. He and his staff, Debbie ,and Amber more great with me, I had several follow up visits with Dr Heil and Zack .To this day I thank god they were there and was willing to treat me. I did not need any plastic surgery due to the great job DR Heil and his staff did with treating this wound and taking care of it for me. I would recommend Dr Heil to anyone, he is a great Dr, and his staff is wonderful.

I just had Breast Augmentation and Liposuction with Dr. Heil. I'm 7 weeks out and so satisfied! My clothing fits so much better than it used to,-my husband can't keep me out of the mall! The recovery from the liposuction was tough, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat! The augmentation recovery was a piece of cake. I spent 2 years researching hair replacement with five area doctors and finally decided with Dr. Heil. One year later the results are simply AMAZING. The entire staff went out of their way to make me feel like I was a celebrity. If you're on the fence with hair restoration, you will be very happy you chose Brian. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had breast surgery and liposuction of my back and stomach with Dr. Heil a 2 month ago. His work is the best. My experience from consultation to surgery to post surgery visits were excellent. Zak, Lori, Amber and Amanda were so knowledgeable and caring to me the entire process. I felt totally comfortable despite the fact I was really scared of having elective surgey. Dr. Heil's bedside manner is so gentle and caring. He put my fears to rest. He talks a bit soft, but is so understanding and patient. His surgery center is beautiful, comfortable and is definitely equipped with the most talented employees. Everything was impeccable - from the monogram sheets to the cleanliness of the facility. My husband was even taken care of during my surgery. He loved the coffee bar, comfortable seating, big screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The nurse even updated him on what was happening during my surgery. I feel Dr. Heil really took the time to understand my needs and delivered the results I was expecting. I have to admit I d id wait for 30 minutes at my consultation, but he never rushed me. Maybe that is why he runs behind. He answers every question you have and you don't feel embarrassed asking all kinds of questions. He really makes you feel special and important. I visited two other doctors in Pittsburgh and all were pretty similar in price. I decided to go with Dr. Heil because of my comfort level, his board certifications and I like the fact that he does surgery in his own surgical center. He is truly a talented surgeon. I cant say enough good things about him. He has changed my life. After having two kids, I now feel beautiful and more confident again. I thank Dr. Heil for that!

Dr Heil is a perfectionist. Yes, there were times that I had to wait to see him. But I never minded because he spends so much time answering my questions and concerns. I had a breast augmentation and liposuction several years ago. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is the Best. His staff is friendly, especially Debbie and Kathleen. I am now seeing Zak for filler on a regular basis. I think he does wonderful work, I never look overdone. He has always been kind and patient with me. Overall, this practice has it all with top notch professionals.
