I tried Botox for the first time for forehead lines. I wish I would've done it sooner! I had it done June 24. I am now a little over 3 months and it still looks good.
I can tell it has worn off and will probably need to have it redone next month. I am very happy the results.
My husband didn't think I needed but after I had it done he couldn't stop saying how nice it looked. They were running a special for $150 off 2 sites or more.

I gained a lot of weight with both of my pregnancies. Even though I lost it all immediately following, the loose crepey skin has always bothered me for several years. I have spent my entire adult life being a mother and taking care of everyone else so now it's finally my turn and I couldn't be more happy!!! I'm 38 years old, 5' 7", and 120 lbs. My babies are 18 and almost 17 and I'm ready to focus on me.

I had my surgery on Thursday (nose job). I was so scared going in but the whole team was so sweet and made me as comfortable as possible. I have minimal pain so far and will be getting stitches taken out on Tuesday. So far I already love the shape of my new nose even though I'm pretty swollen. Will update with pics when ready.

I got the ARTAS procedure by Dr. Heil and his team last week. I had a great experience from start to finish. My consultation was 1.5 hours long with both Zak and Dr. Heil. I was pretty nervous and had a lot of questions so I really appreciated the length of the consultation.
The procedure is a daylong procedure. Dr. Heil's team performs most of the work throughout the day, and they were great. They were super nice and attentive, consistently checking-in to ensure you're comfortable.
Only being a week out from the procedure, the new hair hasn't begun to grow yet but, based on my experience with this team, I'm confident I will over the coming months.

I was nervous going in for my appointment but the employees were friendly and very kind and so was Dr Heil. He answered all my questions and explained the procedures with layman terms - he made me feel safe under his care. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Heil and his staff were absolutely fantastic! I went to my consultation with some hesitation about the surgery and left excited to book my surgery. I initially went to Dr Heil because two of my friends had breast augmentations by him and they look so natural. Now I'm another happy patient thanks to his amazing work!

I saw Zak at Dr. Heil's office for Botox and he was phenomenal. He listened to a bad experience I had at a prior practice and I did not have any problems. I will definitely be going back every 3-6 months for Botox and possibly filler!!

Ok so one day I looked at my life and realized how miserable I was, terrible marriage with no love but didn’t believe in divorce so it was never an option I considered. I gave up my life a long time ago. I was a walking shell of a woman who gave what I could to my kids and wallowed in depression the rest of my life. I decided to take my life back, be happy again no matter what, life is too short to do anything else!! So I made many changes but the ones that pertain to this were that I started eating better, calling it a lifestyle change not a diet. I have never been on a diet nor will I. I will never deprive myself of something I want, I will however make allowances and save the calories for the stuff that matters. Also focus on mainly eating for fuel not for fun. Once food is not your main focus in life you will loose weight lol.
So I did that and started working out ahhhhhh the dreaded workout!!!! Noooo but it will be too hard, I won’t find the time, it will hurt my body, blah blah blah enough with all the excuses. It actually wasn’t that bad then once the weight starts coming off it gets easier because your not doing it carrying a small toddler on your hip or in my case two on each hip. Once I lost the majority of the weight 265 down to 185 it kinda stopped coming off because I met someone and was working to pay bills since I left my husband and then I started spending a lot of my time with him! I had dreamed of loosing the weight, having smaller breasts that didn’t sag and cause my back issues, and most of all that tummy that no matter what you did in the gym, wouldn’t go away. It hung over those csection scars and I couldn’t even shave well up in the crease. I maintained my weight for well over a year and I felt it was safe to have the procedure. I went and got my consultation, we decided on a double breast lift and tummy tuck along with some lipo on the sides to contour the body. We scheduled surgery the same day , they sent me for all the pre op stuff and then I just had to wait. It was like each day was a week!! Tomorrow I am two weeks post op. The initial pain was intense burning and all tummy pain really. He said my tummy muscles were very damaged or stretched out. I was amazed how things really turn around day 3&4. I haven’t had a chance to read much on the site yet but I am concerned a lot about my healing. I had one drain removed on Monday and the 2nd /last one tomorrow Friday. So I will share some photos they had put me on an antibiotic on Monday because of the right breast incision being so inflamed but I just feel a lot of the incisions look angry and I don’t know that that is normal. My weight today is 175.

I always hated my nose. The bridge was wide and had a bump. I also never thought I would get plastic surgery. After avoiding photos of my profile, I finally decided to take the plunge at age 33. The first two days following surgery were pretty miserable with the intense swelling, which made in difficult to see. That coupled with having your nose stuffed full of cotton and exclusively mouth breathing were the worst. By day five post-op, when the cotton was removed, recovery was completely tolerable. I returned to work on day 10, with just some minor bruising that I could cover with makeup. While recovery was no picnic, I am very happy with the end result. I look like me, but with a slimmer, bump-less nose, and a complete willingness to have my profile photographed!

In addition to breast augmentation Dr. Heil has performed a septoplasty/rhinoplasty (septo fee covered by insurance), coolsculpting, & more recently a nipple lift and liposuction/body contouring. I have been a patient of Dr. Heil's since 2010. Back then I did go on a few consults for a rhinoplasty (my first procedure) but once I met Dr. Heil I knew I had found the right surgeon. Dr. Heil has a wonderful bedside manner. He spends time explaining the procedure and makes sure you are 100% comfortable to move forward and have it done. I never feel like he was rushing out of the room or that any question was too dumb. He is proud of his work and in my opinion a perfectionist. Definitely qualities I want in a plastic surgeon. I have since referred friends and family members to Dr. Heil and they have not been disappointed. He has his own surgery center in Wexford, PA that is quite beautiful (the office/Med spa is attached).

I have lost 60 pounds and am rewarding myself with a Tummy tuck. I started with step one which Dr. Heil recommends which is the Liposuction. The day of surgery was smooth and everything is great so far, I can't wait to see my final result . I have already noticed a difference at 4 weeks. Looking forward to the next step.

400 (left) and 425 (right) mod plus silicone crease incision under the muscle. Best decision ever!!!i was so self conscious after going from a C cup to a small B after having kids. I really debated having this done because it was such a financial commitment and I didn't want to look fake. I am so glad that I went with the larger size, any smaller and I think I would be disappointed!

I was SO HESITANT to do a hair restoration. I has researched online for what seemed like an eternity and weighed the cost versus what I could have bought with the money. My dad was bald by age 50 and it looked like I was headed down the same path. For me it was FACEBOOK that made me realize I wanted to do this. People were posting pictures and tagging me and I just couldn't believe how old I looked. It is so true isn't it, PICTURES DON'T LIE! I worked out of town during the week and found a doctor in Pittsburgh, PA (Dr. Brian Heil) who returned my call after hours and met me on the weekend to discuss the procedure. Quite frankly I am the biggest wimp when it comes to anything medical. The procedure was remarkably uneventful. I had my Neograft with 2900 grafts on a Thursday and took off Friday and Monday so I could have 4 days off to lay low. Like most anyone researching this procedure all the testimonials you read don't really compare to the "Before and After pictures". While I was hesitant to add pictures of my daughter I thought it was important to prove what words can't express. You can see she clearly looks one year older while I look 5-7 years younger (at least I think I do). This is after only one year! What a difference NeoGraft and Dr. Heil made for me! If your on the fence with a hair restoration procedure look closely at these pictures. Pick up the phone and give Brian a call, he is truly an expert with hair restoration. He has hundreds of local patients HE HAS PERSONALLY performed this procedure on, not a photo album of patients from all over the planet.

I've been back and forth about having my BA done now or after kids. I finally decided to do it now and am so glad I did. I'm only one week post op so I still don't have my final cup size and they haven't settled but I was an asymmetrical 34b and had 475 in my left with a very minor lift and 525 in my right no lift needed.

I had been watching and reading these forums for some time as I researched getting the Permalip and what size I wanted...I went with the medium size as I didn't know if the larger size was just a bit to big for my face...I figure I can always go up if I want in the future...so, I did get put to sleep and so very glad I did that...I had watched all of the youtube video's of the dental blocks and NO THANKS!! LOL
I am so far in a bit of pain (a 5 on a scale from 1 to 10 with no vicodin, but a 2 out 10 with it every 4 hours)...I can still feel my lips THANK GOODNESS and I am black and blue on top of my upper lip and a few red blotches on my actual lips...not that bad though...happy so far with the shape even though I am very swollen!! I have posted a few pics, some before surgery with some left over fillers and then some today after surgery...
I can say that without a doubt, I LOVE IT so far and I am hoping for a full recovery soon!

Yesterday I had surgery to repair lateral displacement for my right breast and a slight bottoming out for my left. I am posting this because when I was doingnmy research I couldn't find much about the surgery.
My surgery went very well as far as I woke up feeling good and for the most part I am 31 hours out from surgery and while I'm swollen, I can manage the pain very well with percoset. I did do a detox of no alcohol or soda and tons of lean protein and FIGI water the weeks leading up to my surgery. That helped me process the anesthesia and should help me heal faster. I take the wrap off tomorrow to shower and will update how it looks. My original surgery came out amazing and looked totally natural so I hope this repair goes the same. The good news is that pain so far is way less than I read it would be.

Fist of all, There is not a drop down Procedure that applies here, so I had to choose "dont remember"......Actually , I will never forget....I had a few surgeries over the years by other Plastic Surgeons...Lets just say, I wasnt happy with the outcome and thought I had to learn to "just live with it" After too many years of this, I decided to see Dr. Heil. I was quite impressed upon meeting him, as he actually listened and noted, also going into great detail explaining just exactly what needed to be done in order to achieve the results I was looking for. I realize it isnt easy for a PS to have to revise anothers mishaps. However, with full confidence I booked the surgeries. I have never been happier, I feel fully restored and acually have ZERO complaints. I still cannot believe the results. If this review speaks to you I just want you to know that you dont have to just accept what another surgeon has left you with. I carried that feeling for years until Dr. Heil...I could never thank him enough for the gift he has given back to me,...Restoration and confidence.....Chanel

I am a mom of 2 boys ages 14 and 10. When I was 17 I gave birth to my first child. I gained 80 pounds that pregnancy.I lost the weight and pretty much maintained that till my second pregnancy. After that my body was ruined. I had my second son when I was 21 and gained 90 pounds that time. I ended up losing 100 pounds and have been able to maintain pretty much around that.
I am 31 now and am so ready to have a flat stomach again. Can't even remember what it was like anymore. I really wanted to get my breasts done too but that will have to be sometime in the future. Way too much money for me. I am supposed to get my surgery on August 24th.
I have an ear infection at the moment and am on an antibiotic, so I am hoping it's cleared up by then. I am a little nervous about getting the surgery and the recovery but so many have done it so I think I will be ok. I will post some before pictures soon to show you my yucky stomach lol.
