Very informative and professional, made me feel comfortable during the consult.

Initially I started this process during covid. I was supposed to be going to Hawaii but my trip was cancelled. They were able to fit me in during my scheduled 2 week vacation. Dr. Heil and I had our initial consult on zoom and then 3 days later in the office. He is wonderful. He’s patient and kind and knowledgeable. I read a lot of reviews and did my research and he has not disappointed. We spent over an hour on zoom and than an additional 1 1/2 hours in his office. His staff are great also. The PA is very knowledgable And she answered every question I had. I felt very comfortable before surgery. After surgery was a little rushed and some instructions were confused as they didn’t give enough time to write everything down. My daughter is task oriented and likes to write things down. After care so far has been top notch. They are on time, so nice and answer all your questions again and again. I couldn’t have picked any better. I am still healing but so far so good!

Had positive recommendations going into the consultation and found it to be informative and did not feel rushed. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful.

Exceptional treatment from beginning to end of visit. Staff was caring, personal and friendly. Zac is very knowledgeable and took time for all questions I had. Didn't feel hurried when talking with Dr.Heil. He spent much time explaining the procedure and was patient with my questions. I would definitely recommend.

Smooth process and relatively easy experience

Recently had hair restoration procedure completed. Everyone was amazing. Super kind, thoughtful, caring and attentive to my needs, questions and concerns. Procedure took a long time, but went very well. Had an initial consultation for hair restoration procedure back in 2019. Spent much more time than I expected, which was greatly appreciated. Dr. Heil was the only physician I consulted with because after talking to him, meeting his staff and seeing his office, I felt I was in the best hands already.

I had a hair restoration procedure. Dr. Heil is intelligent, thoughtful, kind, and good at his job. The PAs and other professionals there are equally caring and responsive. I could not recommend them more highly. Initially I was nervous and reluctant to have the procedure, but was made to feel calmer by their professionalism during my consultation. They did not let me down during the procedure or in the follow-up. Great people.

Went to Dr Heil for eye and facial surgery after some thought I looked like Walter Mathew. Completely happy with results.

I was very satisfied with the overall experience I received. I appreciate the direct contact I have with several different associates at his office. I receive prompt call backs when I had questions and great follow up. As far as the procedure I was satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend his office for this procedure.

I had a NeoGraft treatment along with Tattoo Removal.

I had an ARTAS hair transplant procedure recently. Everything from my initial consultation to my follow up appointments were professional, on time, and with friendly service. Dr. Heil along with his team helped me design my procedure on two occasions, which was great for me since I wasn’t fully certain what I wanted at first. The procedure was much easier than expected, and I blocked off a week of time from my usual routine to recover. All in all, it was an excellent experience and I would be happy to work with Dr. Heil and his team again.

I am extremely pleased with the results made by Dr.Heil and his staff that I returned this year for an additional procedure. Both offices are clean and have friendly staffs. I would highly recommend Dr. Heil especially for the Hair Restoration with ARTAS Robotic FUE Hair Transplantation. Definitely the best decision I have ever made and Dr. Heil is the best specialist in the Pittsburgh area!

To sum it all up, the results were excellent. Further, the staff is friendly and competent. Also, I never had any wait in the waiting area, and was moved to an available exam room quickly. When friends see the results, they like what they see and so do I. My face looks natural, not abnormal like I chose to something I shouldn't have. Doctor Heil's skill and experience are spectacular. Rest assured if you choose him and his team you are in proficient hands!

Had Artas with prp hair procedure done. Fast recovery with phenomenal results with the laser cap combo. Dr. Heil is very through, affordable and provided me with life changing results.
