I have had 2 procedures at Dr Heil's office, and would recommend him and his staff to anyone. From the front desk receptionist, to Zac and Amanda his PAs, to the nurses Lori, Michelle and Amber, to Dr Heil himself- I always felt important, comfortable, never rushed, and my procedures were complete successes. Dr Heil and staff are fantastic!

I would highly recommend Dr Heil. He and his staff are very professional and caring. I felt very comfortable with my consultation. Lori, Zak and Dr Heil went out of their way to accommodate me and all of my questions, concerns, and apprehensions regarding surgery. They are very informative and took time to answer my questions, and made me feel like their top priority.

Let me start off by saying, I was very satisfied and pleased with the results of my recent cosmetic surgery. But, most of all I was so impressed with how kind and compassionate Dr. Heil was with me. He took the time to get to know me and what I wanted done. I felt so at ease having this surgery done. Not only was he understanding, but, his entire staff! His nurse Lori was so kind and helpful to me. I would recommend Dr. Heil to anyone in need of Cosmetic Surgery!!

I was mulled by a dog . Dr Heil canceled all his appointments that day to treat me. I had a 2x4 hole in my forehead and needed a lot of stitches in my forehead. Dr Heil put me at ease and explained everything he was doing as he did it. He and his staff, Debbie ,and Amber more great with me, I had several follow up visits with Dr Heil and Zack .To this day I thank god they were there and was willing to treat me. I did not need any plastic surgery due to the great job DR Heil and his staff did with treating this wound and taking care of it for me. I would recommend Dr Heil to anyone, he is a great Dr, and his staff is wonderful.

I had multiple surgeries by Dr heil.....amazing man and very talented and highly reccommend. He took time to explain every detail, question, and concern i had. The staff was very smart, helpful, considerate. The facility is beautiful, clean, and very impressive. I would recommend Dr Heil to anyone. He does amazing work.....changes peoples lives!!!! I just had Breast Augmentation and Liposuction with Dr. Heil. I'm 7 weeks out and so satisfied! My clothing fits so much better than it used to,-my husband can't keep me out of the mall! The recovery from the liposuction was tough, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat! The augmentation recovery was a piece of cake. I'm pretty sure my girlfriends are tired of seeing my Before/After Photos-lol! I highly reccommend Premier Plastic Surgery for all your mommy make-over needs. Dr. Heil is a perfectionist

I spent 2 years researching hair replacement with five area doctors and finally decided with Dr. Heil. One year later the results are simply AMAZING. The entire staff went out of their way to make me feel like I was a celebrity. If you're on the fence with hair restoration, you will be very happy you chose Brian. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had breast surgery and liposuction of my back and stomach with Dr. Heil a 2 month ago. His work is the best. My experience from consultation to surgery to post surgery visits were excellent. Zak, Lori, Amber and Amanda were so knowledgeable and caring to me the entire process. I felt totally comfortable despite the fact I was really scared of having elective surgey. Dr. Heil's bedside manner is so gentle and caring. He put my fears to rest. He talks a bit soft, but is so understanding and patient. His surgery center is beautiful, comfortable and is definitely equipped with the most talented employees. Everything was impeccable - from the monogram sheets to the cleanliness of the facility. My husband was even taken care of during my surgery. He loved the coffee bar, comfortable seating, big screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The nurse even updated him on what was happening during my surgery. I feel Dr. Heil really took the time to understand my needs and delivered the results I was expecting. I have to admit I d id wait for 30 minutes at my consultation, but he never rushed me. Maybe that is why he runs behind. He answers every question you have and you don't feel embarrassed asking all kinds of questions. He really makes you feel special and important. I visited two other doctors in Pittsburgh and all were pretty similar in price. I decided to go with Dr. Heil because of my comfort level, his board certifications and I like the fact that he does surgery in his own surgical center. He is truly a talented surgeon. I cant say enough good things about him. He has changed my life. After having two kids, I now feel beautiful and more confident again. I thank Dr. Heil for that!

Dr Heil is a perfectionist. Yes, there were times that I had to wait to see him. But I never minded because he spends so much time answering my questions and concerns. I had a breast augmentation and liposuction several years ago. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is the Best. His staff is friendly, especially Debbie and Kathleen. I am now seeing Zak for filler on a regular basis. I think he does wonderful work, I never look overdone. He has always been kind and patient with me. Overall, this practice has it all with top notch professionals.

From the moment I walked in for my first consultation I was blown away with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the facility! My wait time was maybe 10 minutes, if that. Dr. Heil and his staff are both extremely professional yet very personal and truly make the whole experience seem completely catered to your wants and goals. I had a facelift and breast augmentation by Doctor Heil 5 months ago. He is a perfectionist. His care and concern for me throughout the entire surgery and recovery was perfect. His work is amazing. He spent so much time with me during the consultation, I never felt rushed. His office and surgery center is beautiful, impeccably clean and the staff are first class. I would recommend Doctor Heil for anyone deciding to have cosmetic surgery. He is the best.

I had a breast augmentation done over the summer . I had a really good experience especially since I was not certainly set with the size I wanted. First, I will tell you about my consult that I had with the PA Zak. He was very pleasant and thorough and explained to me all the information about the surgery, and what to expect after. He told me both the good and bad, which I really appreciated. After I spoke with him, Dr. Brian Heil came in to talk to me. He answered all my questions; he helped me decide what size also for the look I wanted. I came back again for a second consult, where this time I brought my mom with me. I did the same thing, and resized. I liked that I could come again and it wasnâ??t frowned upon. Finally I booked! During my surgery day, I had again started questioning the sizing I wanted to go with.. I was not rushed or anything and Zak was very patient as was the rest of the staff. I felt surgery was very quick and I was treated great. After surgery, I called Zak and he helped me through all my questions and concerns. My follow ups were amazing also, and I am super happy with my results ! I recommend this place 100 percent and if I ever need anything done, I for sure will go back to Premiere! Also, their facility is very clean and well kept !

I had a surgical procedure done by Dr. Heil who was assisted by PA Zack. I am extremely impressed with the follow up care that I have received as I had some minor issues and Zack has been seeing me for weeks to ensure complete healing. He has been very professional and caring during my treatment. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went to Dr. Heil for a breast lift/aug. I would give him my highest recommendation. When I considered my surgeon, my first and foremost concern was his level of skill and results. I could not be more pleased with his staff helping me through the pre-surgery visits and his care in explaining everything about the procedure to me. I found the doctor to be very frank when answering my questions - and he took the time to answer every single question that I had both pre and post-op. Again, I would give him my highest recommendation for this type of procedure. He isn't the kind of guy who is going to hug you and sing you a song because you are scared but he will make sure that your questions are all answered to your satisfaction. Regarding follow up, I had a freak out moment the following day, called his emergency line and he (not a nurse or staff member) called me within 10 minutes to follow up.Not only did I have no issues with the staff - I LIKED THEM. My only concern here was the wait time, which depending on time of day can be excruciatingly long.

Yes my time to consultation was delayed His staff and himself were apologinic I have two procedures scheduled and my only concern is procedure outcome If his surgeries achieve the results I am paying for..Well I can deal with the occasional bad attitude and delay So folowing my procedures I will update my review..but again the surgical experience and care following is of higher concern to me than arrogant behavior...which I have not experienced yet from Dr Heil

On my initial visit to Dr. Heil, I waited almost 3 hours for my consultation, despite being the only patient in the waiting room. I was very annoyed, and even scared after reading these negative reviews. I had a lipoma removed from my back. He was very professional, took the time to explain and answer questions the day of surgery. I am very pleased with his work and attitude. There was a problem with the antibiotic prescription that he gave me, so I called the office, and his PA called me back within 20 minutes with an answer. I am very confident with getting my upcoming tummy tuck with Dr. Heil. Excellent surgeon...he also got great reviews from the nurses at the hospital who see many of his patients.

After consulting with (2) other plastic surgeons. I decided to have one more consult with Dr. Heil MD. I first visited Dr. Heil's office in 2009. I was emotional and a nervous wreck at my first appt. As I set waiting for my appt I began to get more and more nervous and upset. After an hour of waiting to see the Doctor, I was very aggravated that I had to set and wait so long. (approximately an hour or more) Finally... he came in the consultation room, I immediately had an attitude with him ( how dare he keep me waiting so long? I was a (cash) patient and my time was valuable to me and my husband.) He began explaining to me and my husband why he was late seeing me. After he explained that he gives (every single patient, not just me!) all the time they need to ask him questions and go over every detail of their concerns and fears. I soon realized that he was not going to rush me through my appt and he was going to be very patient with me and my husband, (and certainly not because he needed my 10 or 15K.) I soon began to understand just how his mind worked. He was not going to let me or anyone rush him or his work....."This is exactly what I wanted in (my) Plastic Surgeon" I had my procedure's done (yes you read that right, plural, more than one procedure) all done by Dr. Heil, MD and I will continue to utilize his expertise. The truth is: He is an execellent Doctor and care's professionally for his patients. As for his employee staff, they all may not be perfect as employee's ,but I am certainly not going to base my medical opinion of the Doctor on how his staff treats me!!! (I'm not there for them, I'm there for the Doctor) Anyways you show me just one office in the county that has perfect employees.....well we all know that's impossible, because people are not perfect!! Everyone has a bad day, get over it. And I think just maybe all you people that talk so poorly of Dr Heil needs to know that the world does not evolve around YOU! The patient in front of you is just as important to Dr Heil as you are and as the patient after you. Grow up and get a life. And for those of you that think he just wants your money....Well I know personally I paid my dues so I could get a good job that paid me lots of money, Dr Heil also paid his due's.... he deserves all the money he makes, so if your jealous because he worked hard to make lots of money why dont you go out and work hard so you too can make lots of money. I am not in anyway related to Dr Heil or paid for my comment. I think he is very professional and very good at what he does. I would never go any where else. Dr Heil, I do not expect you to be perfect, you are great in your profession.

A lot of these reviews are obviously from those who haven't had any experience with Plastic Surgery Facilities. For minor procedures, it is often the PA that performs the procedure. For surgeries, it's the main doctor. This is how ALL Plastic Surgery Centers operate. PA's will often do consults as well. As far as the waiting times are concerned, this is again common, but especially happens at Premier Plastic Surgery because of the onsite surgery center and the fact that Dr. Heil can be in surgery at any given time of day.Dr. Heil performed my breast augmentation and I am SOOO very happy with the results. He took A LOT of time with me during my consult and prior to my surgery date to address all of my questions and concerns. I could not be HAPPIER with the results. He is a skilled and caring surgeon and I would go back to him in a heartbeat for other procedures!
