      "body": "Ok so one day I looked at my life and realized how miserable I was, terrible marriage with no love but didn’t believe in divorce so it was never an option I considered. I gave up my life a long time ago. I was a walking shell of a woman who gave what I could to my kids and wallowed in depression the rest of my life. I decided to take my life back, be happy again no matter what, life is too short to do anything else!! So I made many changes but the ones that pertain to this were that I started eating better, calling it a lifestyle change not a diet. I have never been on a diet nor will I. I will never deprive myself of something I want, I will however make allowances and save the calories for the stuff that matters. Also focus on mainly eating for fuel not for fun. Once food is not your main focus in life you will loose weight lol. <br />\nSo I did that and started working out ahhhhhh the dreaded workout!!!! Noooo but it will be too hard, I won’t find the time, it will hurt my body, blah blah blah enough with all the excuses. It actually wasn’t that bad then once the weight starts coming off it gets easier because your not doing it carrying a small toddler on your hip or in my case two on each hip. Once I lost the majority of the weight 265 down to 185 it kinda stopped coming off because I met someone and was working to pay bills since I left my husband and then I started spending a lot of my time with him! I had dreamed of loosing the weight, having smaller breasts that didn’t sag and cause my back issues, and most of all that tummy that no matter what you did in the gym, wouldn’t go away. It hung over those csection scars and I couldn’t even shave well up in the crease. I maintained my weight for well over a year and I felt it was safe to have the procedure. I went and got my consultation, we decided on a double breast lift and tummy tuck along with some lipo on the sides to contour the body. We scheduled surgery the same day , they sent me for all the pre op stuff and then I just had to wait. It was like each day was a week!! Tomorrow I am two weeks post op. The initial pain was intense burning and all tummy pain really. He said my tummy muscles were very damaged or stretched out. I was amazed how things really turn around day 3&amp;4. I haven’t had a chance to read much on the site yet but I am concerned a lot about my healing. I had one drain removed on Monday and the 2nd /last one tomorrow Friday. So I will share some photos they had put me on an antibiotic on Monday because of the right breast incision being so inflamed but I just feel a lot of the incisions look angry and I don’t know that that is normal. My weight today is 175.<br/>\n<br/>\n<i class=\"gray\">Updated on 3 May 2018:</i>\n<br/>\nThey had to open up the scar on my abdomin and I have to wet pack it. I am so worried. I spoke to a friend who is close to her PS and she sent him these photos and he said that I should have a wound vac. I’m now scared to tell the office that I went elsewhere for advice and that I don’t trust them. I want to just trust them but I needed reassurance coming from an outside source and that is what I got. So any doctors on here have an opinion?\n<br/>\n<i class=\"gray\">Updated on 15 Jul 2018:</i>\n<br/>\n<p>I look at the journey and by no means is it an easy one but you will get through it!! My results are much better now that all my wounds are healed after some grotesque holes and open gaping hole etc. I wasn’t for the weak! But it’s amazing how the body does heal. I am happy I did this even though I had a bumpy road. I’m loving my new body and wore a bikini for the first time in over 20 years!I cried. I have one more appt where they are going to ouch up my scaring. Not sure what that will entail but I will update after.&nbsp;</p><br/>\n<br/>\n<i class=\"gray\">Updated on 30 Dec 2018:</i>\n<br/>\nOk so now I am 8 &amp; 1/2 months in. I did have some scar revisions done but I’m feeling great. I have seen the doctor for the revision and I stand next to my rating of 5 stars!!! He really is a top notch surgeon! He is determined to leave you happy and healthy! (If you go to him say Heather from surgery date April 13th sent you!! Although I’m not doing this for anything !! Lol) my scars are barely visible, even where the problem spots were. That was all so very scary and I can hardly recall it all now, which is a blessing. If I had to go through it all again I would in a heartbeat! No hanging belly or boobs is well worth the self esteem boost I so desperately craved. ",
