Control of the eye tic was achieved.

The overall result was positive with regard to tightening around the eye. There is some continued long term redness that has not subsided to left eye.

In & out quickly. Zak knows my "problem" areas & attends to them very well.

Not noticeable, gradual Zak listened and was very targeted with the areas that needed addresses.

Zak was wonderful. He is always compassionate and knowledgable.

I had to come back for a follow up injection

The staff is friendly and the physician assistant is always on time.

Zac has the best bedside manner. He is always very sweet, laid back, and comforting. He has been there for me after my major plastic surgery a few years ago to all of my recent appointments for dysport.

Zak knows exactly where and how to administer Dysport! I always get the results I want!

The medical office is decorated beautifully. Everyone is quite friendly. I made the appointment to see Dr. Heil and instead, I saw the physician's assistant. It was not an issue for me as I like all the staff there, but for someone who thinks they are getting injected by the doctor and isn't expecting a PA, it may be a potential problem. Also, the wait times are usually quite long. On one visit, I watched an entire movie (The Blind Side) that was playing in the waiting area.

The procedure was smooth and done with little or no discomfort.

Zak is very professional and knowledgable, does a great job and I always have the best results.

The timing of when I was told I would see an improvement was spot on. I went back 2 weeks later for a followup and Zac agreed with me we needed to do an adjustment.

Everyone was very helpful and super nice. It was my first time getting my lips filled so I wasn't sure what to expect and was concerned about how painful it was going to be. It didn't hurt at all!!! Zak was awesome!! Because my lips are so thin I was worried that I wouldn't have a cupids bow and instead I'd just have one big fat lip, not the case at all! ZAK DID AN AMAZING JOB!! Thank you Zak!!

I bruised terribly, even brought my own Arnicare gel. Zak mentioned stopping a few supplements a week before the procedure, one of which Fish Oil I take every day. Suggestion: have your girls who make these appointments mention this, taking Arnicare tablets etc ahead of time to the patient when scheduling. That is the protocol doctors offices follow when scheduling a procedure. Ty!
