I enjoy all aspects of Dr. Brian Heil's practice, as I have been a patient of his for several years. He is a fine surgeon and I trust in him completely. I have had several corrective surgeries over the years, due to prior botched and incomplete procedures done by surgeons in the past. I Thank God for Dr. Heil's talents as a Surgeon, his caring nature to see you through to the very end, insuring that every one of his patients results are success. He is the real deal, wonderful person. He has restored my self confidence, as I did not think it to be possible. I am forever grateful to him, his kind and caring nature is reflected in his staff , highly educated and carefully hand picked.

Still have considerable movement in glabella. Lip filler not quite where I wanted the fullness. At my previous provider they would touch up the filler free of charge as needed.

It was quick and Zack was very nice!

I am unsatisfied with the level of customer service following the juvaderm procedure that I had on my lips. Upon research, it appears that uneven lips following injections isn't uncommon. Since it was my first time getting the procedure done, I don't know why an entire syringe was used knowing that there would be a potential for it to be uneven later. I think it's in poor taste to tell someone they have to purchase more product to "fix" an issue when they are not confident in the outcome of the first procedure.

Zak was very nice to interact with; caring and professional. I love the location. It is easy to get to and parking is never a problem! I wish it was less expensive, but I realize that is the going rate.

Efficiency of appointment and quality outcome. The injection was painless and it was effective.

That people stopped saying "you look tired" to me!! haha. I was very pleased with this visit. More than my first visit a year ago. I have a follow up on the 13th but I will probably request him for future visits.
