Anna listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to seek answers to questions that I had about ablative frame laser.

[Single best thing is...] The minimizing of the wrinkles in my face. Anna, knows this can be painful and what areas on the face are more sensitive than others so she does those areas first to assure the numbing process is still in full effect.
