Anna has been awesome

Anna was great and made me feel comfortable during my procedure. The reception and scheduling staff were all very pleasant and welcoming.

Anna was excellent - very patient with me - I don't handle pain well and the hair removal was painful.

I was very satisfied with the result obtained from the laser rx. Anna was gracious, knowledgeable and very conscientious. I really enjoyed my appointments with her and hopefully will be a repeat client in the near future. The rooms were clean and everyone I saw was friendly and helpful. I have recommended friends to your site and will continue to do so.

This past laser hair removal experience was really great. Anna is great and I have been getting very good results with my treatments with her. In general though, my results have not been good at all. I've had laser hair removal done on this area before... so I know it works on me. Whenever the other techs use another laser it hasn't worked at all. I only see results when I book an appointment with Anna. It's pretty disappointing since 1- I paid a great deal of money for these treatments and 2- I thought I would be completely done with the treatments after my package was used up.

Office is inviting, staff is welcoming and not condescending (like other offices I have been to), Anna is great and efficient.

Zak is not only excellent at the treatments he provides, he is also extremely compassionate.

I have come to this office in Wexford for more than one procedure and the staff is always friendly and professional. My current situation is from an unforeseen development after a procedure and both Zak and Dr. Heil have provided me with various procedures and treatments to satisfy themselves and me for the optimum outcome. What a great team. I am planning to be happy with my nose very soon!!!

Zak is awesome! I had 2 moles removed 2 yeas ago and the scar just was not healing properly and after 2 scar revisions it finally is thanks to Zak and all the follow-up treatments he has given my scar. Also, thanks to Dr. Hiel for performing my last scar revision so it would heal correctly.

I've had previous treatments done on my tattoo before, and had a really great experience with incredible results. I was nervous to finish my treatments somewhere else, but the costumer service and knowledge of laser tattoo removal I recieved at Aqau Blu exceeded my expectations.
