Staff is amazing! There is no upselling, pushing unnecessary procedures. They listen and the staff is educated on every procedure. Great experience I highly recommend! They provide a multitude of services.

Drea is hands down the best injector I've ever had. She's open, honest, and knows what she's talking about. I'm loyal to her for life!

This past visit was a follow up with Bonnie to check on the progress from the affects of my last two appointments. At each of those visits I received laser treatments to treat and remove brown spots from my face and neck area that I acquired over many years of excessive sun exposure. Not only have my experiences with Bonnie been extremely positive but the staff at the Bethel Park location also offer a friendly, personable yet professional atmosphere. I am totally pleased with my experience at Aqua Blu Medical Spa and recommend highly recommend them.

I love the Pittsburgh office and everyone who works there. Dreya does my Botox, my post op, (along with dr hiel) my filler and whatever else I need. She’s the only person I’ve met who says no you don’t need that but we CAN do this, or “this would work on you and look amazing” and who makes sure I’m always taken care of and beautiful. She’s amazing at everything she does, she’s super honest, and cares about her work and clients. Kathy at the front desk, and Renee in the office are always so welcoming and trying their best to accommodate my schedule and appointments. Dr hiel did my surgery and he was so caring and thorough, I’m absolutely happy with my results.

All the staff is caring and friendly. Can't say enough about Dr Heil and his team. During my consultation he took his time and explained everything from beginning to end step by step. From the procedure to all the follow up appointments everyone has been great.

Bonnie is the BEST. She performed BBL on my chest and she knows exactly what she is doing. Have been going to her for years and wouldn’t consider anyone else.

I had a micro needling procedure with Drea. I was nervous at first but Drea was amazing, as usual, and the procedure couldn’t have gone better. It’s only been a few hours after the procedure and nearly all of my redness has subsided. My skin feels great and I can’t wait to see the final results. Would definitely do it again and Drea is fabulous!

I had a combination treatment to resolve a lifetime of sun damage, teenage acne scars, and overall aging. I cannot recommend Drea and her colleagues enough - highly professional, yet fun to talk to and learn from. While I had an idea of what I wanted done, they educated me a little further and my results from taking their advice are better than I could have ever imagined. Honestly my skin has not been this healthy since I was 12!

I got lip filler for the first time and Drea was so attentive and made sure i was comfortable with the whole process. very honest and did an absolutely amazing job. i had a bad experience at a different med spa and was almost ready to just give up on it all together, but i’m so glad i didn’t. everyone at the Wexford location was very professional and so sweet. and my lips look perfect, just how i wanted them.

Acqua Blue Medical Spa tended to my sons concerns above and beyond my expectations. We were immediately given a solid direction and protocol to begin his treatment plan. Acqua Blu is an incredible place. I had a bad experience at another MedSpa which led me to try Acqua Blu. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Drea is a top notch injector. She always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. She is extremely confident in what she does and that makes you feel at ease. I could not praise her and Acqua Blu enough. If you’re considering injections, this is the place to go!

Drea has gone above and beyond to help me remove unwanted dark spots and where my skin has changed texture. She even has researched it because it is so hard to treat. She is determined to make things right and not just make progress on the treatment, but complete the treatment. That is why I love this place! They always follow through!!! You can count on them!!! I’ve been a patient here since 2009. Dr Heil and his entire staff have managed to combine first rate professionalism with warm, thoughtful care. I’ve never been disappointed by any procedure, nor any of the many self-care offerings at the medi-spa. And no one has ever tried to pad the bill by upselling. Completely professional here.
