I felt very comfortable from my first consultation, through surgery, and all my check-ups. I am completely satisfied and would do it again.

Dr Heil’s office was the first place I went after lockdown restrictions were eased. Since I’ve been a patient for 10+ years, I wasn’t the least bit concerned about entering the facility. Everything that had been done prior to re-opening, as well as everything I’d experience once I entered was explained in an email, and a pre-visit phone call. As usual, the entire staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. Completely on top of their game when it comes to keeping everything safely sanitized, while still allowing you to feel like a valued patient and not a walking Petri dish. This is a frightening time for anyone with the sense that God gave a goat. Everyone connected with Acqua Blu Medical Spa makes it a bit less scary.

I went to Acqua Blu Medical Spa, Wexford, for laser hair removal services and couldn't have been more pleased! Dr. Heil and his staff explained the procedure itself and the follow-up thoroughly and understandably. The equipment used was state of the art and quite impressive in the efficiency of maximum areas in minimal time. The results have been amazing~ I wish I had gone sooner!

This is a quality medical practice. Andrea Chamberlain, PA is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, kind and really takes the time to listen and understand the patient’s needs. Anna is also fantastic at caring for skin and takes the same care with getting to know her patients. I’ve had several visits with each of them and they are trustworthy and very skilled. The front and back desk staff are friendly and helpful. Appointments are always on time, no long waits here. ! This practice does not try to “sell” you anything...they meet your needs and offer assistance. Very highly recommend!

I have had a few procedures at Acqua Blu. Most recently I had a PICO & CO-2 laser peel, and the results are nothing short of amazing. The staff is wonderful, and Drea is a caring and very competent esthetician. In August, Dr. Heil performed a breast reduction, and I'm so very happy with the results. It's been less than six months, and my scars are almost GONE thanks to the Hymed Scar Cream he helped to formulate! Thank you so much, Aqua Blue!

Zack does my lip injections and I couldn't be happier. They are friendly, punctual, and easy to work with for scheduling. The spa is clean and elegant, and the receptionist is cheerful and helpful. Zack has an experienced and subtle hand with the fillers. You are certainly welcome to get as much as you want, but I appreciate their ability to achieve the results you desire while still expressing a professional restraint that will allow you to feel confident that you aren't going to make any bad decisions or go overboard. He made sure he understood what I wanted and explained all of the options to me very thoroughly. I highly recommend this place and will continue to be a customer and patient here.

I had a consultation done for a procedure at the South Hills location with An(drea). We did talk on the phone prior to my visit. I appreciated that she made multiple attempts to get in touch with me, since most places just leave a message and then forget all about you. When I arrived I was given an iPad by the lady at the front desk. It took me a few minutes to enter all of my personal and medical information before I had the consult. Make sure to have lists of medications, phone numbers, lab results and such with you when you go to speed along your process. Drea was able to tell me exactly how the procedure I was interested in was conducted, how long it would take and possible side effects as well as the type of equipment that would be used. I never seemed rushed and had plenty of time to ask any questions I had. She is honestly one of the nicest people I have ever met. She has the friendliest disposition and I think anyone would feel comfortable with her performing any type of procedure. I ended up visiting the Wexford location to have said procedure done since that is where it is performed. The ladies that I encountered up there were also very nice, they seem to have q great work environment and it also makes the clientele feel relaxed and at ease. I was so happy with my visit that I will be going back to have a couple more things done. I highly recommend this Med Spa to anyone looking to freshen up how they look or feel better about themselves.

Anna (the esthetician) is a perfectionist. The medical spa is beautiful and the staff are great.

I brought my 16 year old son in to see Christopher Foti.PA. My son has acne. As you can imagine, my son was upset that he had this acne on his face. Christopher was fantastic. He was patient and took the time to listen to my son, and his concerns. The three of us spoke about the best treatment for this. I didn't feel rushed at all. He answered all our questions. His Medical Assistant, Pam was just as friendly, and helpful.

Acqua Blu is located on Rt. 19 next to Ethan Allen Furniture just north of Wexford. I have only visited a couple times, but I am already in love with this place. I see Toni for microdermabrasion and she does a fabulous job. The treatment begins with a cleansing, gentle exfoliation, a vitamin rub, facial mask, steam treatment and a hand, arm and shoulder massage. I don't believe that microdermabrasion is meant to be relaxing. However, the treatment rooms are comfortable (though very small). You have the option of removing whatever clothing you would like, but since she does a shoulder treatment, it's a good idea to get those bra straps out of the way. And the shoulder and arm massage is wonderful! She also keeps the room fairly dimly lit, but of course, sometimes you have the bright glaring facial light on your face. Microdermabrasion is painless. They use a bristle-tip head to lightly "buff" the skin, which gently lifts away dead skin cells. Directly after treatment, your skin may look a bit pink or flushed, but this has never happened to me. The building itself is beautifully decorated. Lots of treatment rooms. They don't really push to try to sell you any products. And they only mention selling you treatments when they are having special pricing. And by doing that, they are doing you a favor.

I am having Laser Hair removal procedures done by Cassie. She is professional, smart, caring and extremely informative. Having laser hair removal procedure is worth the time and investment - if you have the right person. Cassie is without a doubt the right person!! It has been smooth sailing for the months I have been under her care. I’ve had only positive results. I highly recommend Cassie!!!

I have been seeing Anna for several years, I like her, and her talents so much that I drive from Butler to Upper St Clair! It is worth the drive to have Anna take care of my skin!!!

The staff and doctors here are always focused on providing the best care, support, and outcomes. I appreciate their attention to detail and have been a patient for years.

Bonnie is super amazing! I had a lot of red broken capillaries, specifically a large cluster on my left cheek, and a few large oil glands. She got rid of them in one session and now I don't have to wear cover up every day. The results are not immediate and take about 8 weeks to fully see the new skin after lasering so just be patient. I had quite a bit of swelling and tenderness but nothing painful.

Bonnie does an excellent job on my sunspot lazer removal. I've gone to Bonnie for approximately 5 yrs now and am always pleased.
