No follow up call after appointment

I thought I would have a better results for the money I spent.

I didn't have to wait very long to see Zak. He was very nice and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained everything.

Efficiently took care of my problem.

Absolutely love the information and the attention to detail that Zak provides. He answers all of my questions and does not make me feel like my questions are stupid. He also went over the massage techniques again with me. Very happy with the service that Zak and the office have been providing.

Zack is so knowledgeable and always has the answer to any problem. I had some swelling in one area after lipo surgery and he injected a steroid into it and it has improved greatly. I have seen Zack on numerous occasions and his expertise has always been amazing. I couldn't be more pleased.

[Single best thing is...] The final outcome. The appointment and first time for lip filler seemed to have enough filler when I was scheduled with Drea, but after 5 days just didn't seem to have enough. I called back and got rescheduled to have more done with Zak and they turned out great. I appreciated that the staff Got me back in quickly and took the time to give me the result I was looking for.

As always, I was seen moments after I arrived, and greeted warmly by every staff member I encountered. Zak is terrific! He is professional, friendly, and above all very skilled. He is exceptional, and a wonderful representation of Aqua Blu. Zak's application of the Facial filler is painless because of his skill, and leaves me looking 'fresh' and feeling confident!

Zak is amazing. He was recommended to me specifically by a girlfriend from law school. I have since sent one friend to him for fillers, and another friend has an appointment scheduled with him next month. He does a wonderful job and has an eye for this. I appreciate that he was able to speak with me about expectations and explain realistically how to get there without going overboard. Before I saw Zak I always bruised terribly for a week, but this time I was able to have dinner with my parents two days later with no comments. After two appointments with him, my lips are getting exactly where I want them BUT my mother somehow hasn't noticed (a big goal of mine, to not cause an argument lol) or if she has noticed, she has accepted the results without feeling the need to comment. Point being, he seems to be capable of finding that perfect place of "just enough."

Anna is very personable. Explains everything. Very knowledgeable and recommends other services.

Not only is Anna technically excellent, she explains everything very honestly and in terms a non-medical person can understand.

Anna always returns calls immediately for appointments. I also value her opinions on treatment options. She provides honest feedback—does not steer me down a path that would not be beneficial.
