I have never had anything other than a wonderful experience with every visit I have had to Premier Plastic Surgery. It is a easy and pleasant experience scheduling appointments, and I do not believe that I have ever waited past my scheduled appointment time. Every support person has been kind and engaging. Zac is always professional and I do not require numbing because of his skill doing the procedure. I also am a patient of Dr. Anna, and I enjoy the same treatment. Lastly, I travel 90 miles too see only them!

The front desk staff is not always pleasant. It's hit or miss whether I'm going to have a nice scheduling experience or not. The gentleman that performs the actual procedure is always fantastic.

I have come to this office in Wexford for more than one procedure and the staff is always friendly and professional. My current situation is from an unforeseen development after a procedure and both Zak and Dr. Heil have provided me with various procedures and treatments to satisfy themselves and me for the optimum outcome. What a great team. I am planning to be happy with my nose very soon!!!

Zak is awesome! I had 2 moles removed 2 yeas ago and the scar just was not healing properly and after 2 scar revisions it finally is thanks to Zak and all the follow-up treatments he has given my scar. Also, thanks to Dr. Hiel for performing my last scar revision so it would heal correctly.

I've had previous treatments done on my tattoo before, and had a really great experience with incredible results. I was nervous to finish my treatments somewhere else, but the costumer service and knowledge of laser tattoo removal I recieved at Aqau Blu exceeded my expectations.

I love my facelift! I was disappointed that my face swelled after the laser treatment. It didn't happen after the last time but I may have developed an allergy.

The staff throughout the process have made me feel extremely comfortable and well taken care of. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Zak was very helpful in answering questions and efficient in providing critical information.

So far, I have no complaints and yet it is too soon to judge the results of the Neograft. I was in for a laser hair treatment and Zak took time to meet with me, which was very nice. The visit was very productive One suggestion, is to have the follow-up instructions for the procedure in writing, as I was very woozy when I left the office, and may have forgotten something.

Zack is always easy to understand and takes his time with every procedure.
