I have been here over a handful of times and every time I go, I enjoy it more and more. The front desk staff is so friendly, the atmosphere is comforting, classy, and beautiful. Dr. Heil did my breast augmentation 13 years ago, and they still look so natural- he takes the time to explain the procedure/options, discusses body proportions, and concisely answer all questions. This past visit was a follow up with Bonnie to check on the progress from the affects of my last two appointments. At each of those visits I received laser treatments to treat and remove brown spots from my face and neck area that I acquired over many years of excessive sun exposure. Not only have my experiences with Bonnie been extremely positive but the staff at the Bethel Park location also offer a friendly, personable yet professional atmosphere. I am totally pleased with my experience at Aqua Blu Medical Spa and recommend highly recommend them.

I love the Pittsburgh office and everyone who works there. Dreya does my Botox, my post op, (along with dr hiel) my filler and whatever else I need. She’s the only person I’ve met who says no you don’t need that but we CAN do this, or “this would work on you and look amazing” and who makes sure I’m always taken care of and beautiful. She’s amazing at everything she does, she’s super honest, and cares about her work and clients. Kathy at the front desk, and Renee in the office are always so welcoming and trying their best to accommodate my schedule and appointments. Dr hiel did my surgery and he was so caring and thorough, I’m absolutely happy with my results.

All the staff is caring and friendly. Can't say enough about Dr Heil and his team. During my consultation he took his time and explained everything from beginning to end step by step. From the procedure to all the follow up appointments everyone has been great.
