I have been to Acqua Blu numerous times and have nothing but fantastic things to say about Drea specifically. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The service that you receive is exceptional, and that is why I continue to come here even though I have moved out of state. The only issues I have ever had was with scheduling appointments. I recommend calling to check your appointment time before going, even though you should be getting a text confirmation a few days prior. Other than that I recommend Acqua blu and have been more than pleased with the services I have received. You can get free consultations if you are wondering about anything they offer, and they don't try to talk you into services you don't need just to make money. Their goal is to make you the best version of yourself! They have specials that they email to you monthly as well. Love Acqua Blu.

The experience as whole was superb, and I felt like my time and desires and goals were given the utmost consideration. But the real magic here was the Physician’s Assistant, Drea Chamberlain. My god! She’s professional, beautiful, brilliant, considerate, and efficient. She clearly loves her work, and is expertly fixing my busted face as I write this. I can’t thank her and Acqua Blue Medical spa enough!

Dr Heil’s office was the first place I went after lockdown restrictions were eased. Since I’ve been a patient for 10+ years, I wasn’t the least bit concerned about entering the facility. Everything that had been done prior to re-opening, as well as everything I’d experience once I entered was explained in an email, and a pre-visit phone call. As usual, the entire staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. Completely on top of their game when it comes to keeping everything safely sanitized, while still allowing you to feel like a valued patient and not a walking Petri dish. This is a frightening time for anyone with the sense that God gave a goat. Everyone connected with Acqua Blu Medical Spa makes it a bit less scary.

I went to Acqua Blu Medical Spa, Wexford, for laser hair removal services and couldn't have been more pleased! Dr. Heil and his staff explained the procedure itself and the follow-up thoroughly and understandably. The equipment used was state of the art and quite impressive in the efficiency of maximum areas in minimal time. The results have been amazing~ I wish I had gone sooner!

This is a quality medical practice. Andrea Chamberlain, PA is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, kind and really takes the time to listen and understand the patient’s needs. Anna is also fantastic at caring for skin and takes the same care with getting to know her patients. I’ve had several visits with each of them and they are trustworthy and very skilled. The front and back desk staff are friendly and helpful. Appointments are always on time, no long waits here. ! This practice does not try to “sell” you anything...they meet your needs and offer assistance. Very highly recommend!

I have had a few procedures at Acqua Blu. Most recently I had a PICO & CO-2 laser peel, and the results are nothing short of amazing. The staff is wonderful, and Drea is a caring and very competent esthetician. In August, Dr. Heil performed a breast reduction, and I'm so very happy with the results. It's been less than six months, and my scars are almost GONE thanks to the Hymed Scar Cream he helped to formulate! Thank you so much, Aqua Blue!

Zack does my lip injections and I couldn't be happier. They are friendly, punctual, and easy to work with for scheduling. The spa is clean and elegant, and the receptionist is cheerful and helpful. Zack has an experienced and subtle hand with the fillers. You are certainly welcome to get as much as you want, but I appreciate their ability to achieve the results you desire while still expressing a professional restraint that will allow you to feel confident that you aren't going to make any bad decisions or go overboard. He made sure he understood what I wanted and explained all of the options to me very thoroughly. I highly recommend this place and will continue to be a customer and patient here.

I had a consultation done for a procedure at the South Hills location with An(drea). We did talk on the phone prior to my visit. I appreciated that she made multiple attempts to get in touch with me, since most places just leave a message and then forget all about you. When I arrived I was given an iPad by the lady at the front desk. It took me a few minutes to enter all of my personal and medical information before I had the consult. Make sure to have lists of medications, phone numbers, lab results and such with you when you go to speed along your process. Drea was able to tell me exactly how the procedure I was interested in was conducted, how long it would take and possible side effects as well as the type of equipment that would be used. I never seemed rushed and had plenty of time to ask any questions I had. She is honestly one of the nicest people I have ever met. She has the friendliest disposition and I think anyone would feel comfortable with her performing any type of procedure. I ended up visiting the Wexford location to have said procedure done since that is where it is performed. The ladies that I encountered up there were also very nice, they seem to have q great work environment and it also makes the clientele feel relaxed and at ease. I was so happy with my visit that I will be going back to have a couple more things done. I highly recommend this Med Spa to anyone looking to freshen up how they look or feel better about themselves.

Clean and spa like feeling! Staff is great. Drea is the best for lips filler and Botox - keeps you looking natural and doesn’t over do it! Listens to your needs and suggests what’s best for you!
