I was greeted immediately upon entering the office. Both receptionists were very attentive to me and very helpful with filling out my info on the iPad. I appreciated the amount of time Dr. Heil spent with me in explaining my procedure, and the results were amazing! He also gave me the option to come back in 10 days to discuss my results and or receive more Botox, which I did, at no extra charge. My all in all experience with Dr. Heil and his staff was a 10! I am very pleased with my results and will be looking forward to my next visit in December!!!
