I was hesitant to even have the procedure done but after talking with Zak at my free consultation he answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and I knew I could trust him. If I did not get that sense I probably wouldn't have gone through with the procedure at all. I told Zak exactly how I wanted my lips to look and he did that exactly.
