Anna carefully walked me through everything before the procedure and was so thorough, detailed and calming. She was absolutely wonderful as a provider. Additionally, she provided her cell phone number prior to the procedure and let me know that I could call or text with any questions or concerns.

Anna was great and she did a great job. I returned today 7/21/21 for a second treatment. I had also purchased the package of $600+ dollars on my first visit. My schedule worked well with Anna's but today she informed me that she is leaving on the 30th. She was not able to reschedule my next appts. With the new girl I am NOT at all happy about this as I have a tight time schedule due to work and travel and have arranged my appts as such. I would never have purchased the package if I knew she was leaving. So all in all I am not happy.
