Zak took his time to explain to me how to best address all of my concerns. I also had a very pleasant conversation with the woman at the front desk. It was a very high-vibe experience from start to finish.

I felt that the follow up was very thorough and he was understanding about a concern I had about how one of my earlobes was healing. I was reappointed for 1 month out to reassess which I was happy with. I was also able to discuss fillers at this appt.

My son had lost quite a bit of hair. Zak and your staff were so kind and empathetic toward him. It was comforting, as a parent of an emotionally upset teen, to see the compassion your staff showed toward him. An added bonus the treatment worked.

Yes I was very satisfied. I had an appointment with Dr. Heil. He was tied up with consultations and I was asked if Zak could give me my injections. I agreed. He was timely, the injections were nearly painless and I had just a tiny amount of bruising. He is very friendly and professional.

I was taken to the procedure room immediately upon arrival, and did not wait long to see Zak. The entire procedure (Botox and Filler) only took one half hour.
