I enjoy getting the facials there

Dr Heil and his staff are always so kind and attentive. They take extra time to answer questions. I always leave happier and more beautiful!!!

Dr. Brian and his team are incredibly patient-oriented and results driven. They make sure you are satisfied with every step of the process. The environment at Acqua Blu is top of the line and makes for a relaxing and comfortable experience each time you are there.

Hands down the BEST plastic surgery office in town! I was recommended Dr Heil and his staff several years ago, by a friend who has had breast augmentation done there. Ever since, I've been going to Wexford's office for my skin care treatments (laser) with Bonnie. She is fantastic! Very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable technician. Like previous reviewers noted, the staff will never push you into or sell you unnecessary cosmetic procedures. Its a great feeling to walk into Acqua Blu spa, knowing that people there are truly on your side, and not just after your $$

My consultation with Bonnie was wonderful. She is open and honest. Explains things fully. Does not pressure at all but provides thorough information. She made me feel totally comfortable!!! This is a quality medical practice. Andrea Chamberlain, PA is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, kind and really takes the time to listen and understand the patient’s needs. Anna is also fantastic at caring for skin and takes the same care with getting to know her patients. I’ve had several visits with each of them and they are trustworthy and very skilled. The front and back desk staff are friendly and helpful. Appointments are always on time, no long waits here. ! This practice does not try to “sell” you anything...they meet your needs and offer assistance. Very highly recommend!

I came to Acqua blue for lip fillers. I was a bit nervous, because I wasn’t looking for a Kardashian lip, but something natural looking. My injectionist, Drea, did a phenomenal job. My lips are perfect. They look fuller and plumper but not overdone. She also gives great, candid advise about what is best for your face. I will definitely be going here in the future for all my medical spa needs and recommend all my friends do the same. They ARE pricier than some other places in Pittsburgh, but cosmetic enhancements are not the type of thing to bargain hunt. Worth every penny.

I absolutely adore everyone at Premier/Acqua Blu. I have been seeing Dr. Heil since I was 19 (so, 14 years) and would have a very hard time trusting anyone else. He is so kind, professional, honest, and extremely talented. I have referred others to his practice so many times and everyone is always thrilled with their results. Aside from Dr. Heil being an absolute gem, Zak and Drea (his PA’s are also very knowledgeable and friendly - with Injectables and lasers), Anna (aesthetician queen), Teresa and Sandy (billing and checkout), and Dana (Dr. Heil’s wife and practice director...plus, her sister, Rene, who is also an asset at the office!) are all so extremely understanding and make you feel heard. I’ve never once been “talked into” an unnecessary procedure/treatment. This extends to every person at the practice (I can’t list them all!)...the nurses and people that I may not see regularly (on the surgical side of his practice) are equally as kind and comforting. They truly have built an amazing “family” and really make you feel part of it. I never feel silly, embarrassed, or uncomfortable when at the office or asking about anything. Also, everyone is so honest and will keep you “in check” so that you are not doing anything unnecessary/just to get a quick profit off of an insecurity (which is obviously super common in this field) ...plus, they keep you and your anatomy their top priority. You are not going to come out looking like a copycat of another patient (aka just another wannabe Kim K face) or have unrealistic expectations because your body simply isn’t physically capable of a certain outcome. I know this very much reads a bit like an ad, but I truly do believe in the practice and everyone there. xx

Dr. Heil is professional, gentle, talented, and rated the best plastic surgeon in Pittsburgh. My family, friends and I have nothing but praise for Dr. Heil and his staff. A relaxing atmosphere, caring, combined with top of the line, state of the art facilities.
