I was so pleased with the experience I had with Anna. She is so easy to talk to and really make you feel comfortable.

Anna carefully walked me through everything before the procedure and was so thorough, detailed and calming. She was absolutely wonderful as a provider. Additionally, she provided her cell phone number prior to the procedure and let me know that I could call or text with any questions or concerns.

Anna always takes great care of me. I'm SO happy she is back! She is so thorough and does an amazing job!

I scheduled laser hair remover through Theresa & was advised that Anna was available the soonest. She was with my son and I and was so kind, professional & warm. We were instantly at ease with Anna!! She's a keeper & a gem like Bonnie & Theresa!! My son was extremely grateful he's getting it done with Anna!! Judy (scheduler) could benefit by using common courtesy & just talk nicely to me!

I love Anna. She's so friendly and professional. I've had LHR many different places and Anna's is the only one that works.

She explained everything beforehand, was super nice about the whole process, even showed me a cream to use for my facial eczema that I've had for my entire life that worked AMAZING! Not to mention I was worried about the pain level of laser treatment on my armpit hair and she did a treatment to let me feel the pain level first before committing. Great experience, and already have family coming for appointments as well!
