I didnt see any difference in my sun spots. still were as visible as before

Anna was very knowledgeable and very helpful when explaining the procedure and aftercare.

I was pleasantly surprised with the IPL facial results. It did exactly what Anna said it would do. Not usually the case with non evasive procedures and cosmetics. I purchased another IPL that same day through your office. Can't wait!

Anna was very good at listening to my needs and explaining the procedure. During the procedure she was good at targeting the "worst" spots specifically, as well as asking about pain and heat sensibility. The procedure went great, and I got really good results!!!

Everything was explained to me clearly, the procedure went quickly and follow up instructions were thorough and clear.

This is the first time that I have had a facial done and Ana was amazing.

[Single best thing is...] The final outcome. The appointment and first time for lip filler seemed to have enough filler when I was scheduled with Drea, but after 5 days just didn't seem to have enough. I called back and got rescheduled to have more done with Zak and they turned out great. I appreciated that the staff Got me back in quickly and took the time to give me the result I was looking for.

As always, I was seen moments after I arrived, and greeted warmly by every staff member I encountered. Zak is terrific! He is professional, friendly, and above all very skilled. He is exceptional, and a wonderful representation of Aqua Blu. Zak's application of the Facial filler is painless because of his skill, and leaves me looking 'fresh' and feeling confident!

Zak is amazing. He was recommended to me specifically by a girlfriend from law school. I have since sent one friend to him for fillers, and another friend has an appointment scheduled with him next month. He does a wonderful job and has an eye for this. I appreciate that he was able to speak with me about expectations and explain realistically how to get there without going overboard. Before I saw Zak I always bruised terribly for a week, but this time I was able to have dinner with my parents two days later with no comments. After two appointments with him, my lips are getting exactly where I want them BUT my mother somehow hasn't noticed (a big goal of mine, to not cause an argument lol) or if she has noticed, she has accepted the results without feeling the need to comment. Point being, he seems to be capable of finding that perfect place of "just enough."

Zak delivers consistent results every single time. I have been treated by Zak for a few years and he is consistently on time, has a delicate touch, always listens to my concerns, and delivers consistent results. I adore Zak!

I am unsatisfied with the level of customer service following the juvaderm procedure that I had on my lips. Upon research, it appears that uneven lips following injections isn't uncommon. Since it was my first time getting the procedure done, I don't know why an entire syringe was used knowing that there would be a potential for it to be uneven later. I think it's in poor taste to tell someone they have to purchase more product to "fix" an issue when they are not confident in the outcome of the first procedure.
