Office staff seemed flustered at start of my appointment and somewhat disorganized or disinterested. I surely didn't feel like I was a priority. I was handed an IPad and a gown with very little explanation, but I figured it out for myself.

Zak always takes the time to explain things and answer any questions or concerns.
