I've been going to Acqua Blu for many years for Botox and have always had a very positive experience. Zak's work is amazing and he always greets with a smile. The front desk staff are always warm and friendly. Highly recommend!

I have had peels and dermatology planing. Both experiences were great!! The staff is friendly, professional, and educated. I used to have very problematic skin and now I do not even have to wear make up. So thankful to the staff for their work and suggestions. Highly recommend!

I have always had great experiences here. I would highly recommend Dr. Heil and his team of well trained, and educated professionals to any one who is looking to improve his/her appearance, or just looking for a skin treatment. There is so many treatments to choose from.

I went in for a consultation and couldn't have been happier. The staff was pleasant and very friendly. The waiting room is relaxing and quiet and has coffee and water available. I visited the Upper St Clair location and had my consult with Drea. What a fantastic lady! Extremely knowledgeable, but able to explain things in layman's terms for those who may not be medically versed or know much about the procedure. She has a fantastic personality and answered every question that I had. I look forward to visiting her for said procedure up at their Wexford location. I also found out that this location will be closed for about a month as they move closer to South Hills Village. They will be in the same shopping center as Nothing Bundt Cakes and Duck Donuts. Sounds like a dangerous move lol

Dr. Heil did a magnificent job of suturing a long laceration near my eyebrow following an accident. He was able to hide it in my eyebrow and the scar tissue is only visible if you know where to look. His physician assistant gave me good instructions to minimize scar tissue as it was healing. Thank you very much.

My technician was AMAZING! I’ve been to 4 different laser hair removal spots in the past few years and this was by far the best overall experience. Best deal by hundreds, best service, best office, etc. Granted, the other spots I went to were all in NYC so the prices reflected that but cost aside, I am very pleased. She took the time to speak with me about my skin, my goals, my history, as well as chit chat about personal life and be friendly. She was very gentle during the removal process and made sure to check on my pain level throughout. Afterwards, she made sure to finish any last touches she missed and to take her time putting soothing cool gel on my skin. I’m so glad I decided to buy a package. She also discussed other procedures and specials they offer without being pushy or pressuring me into purchasing anything. I’ll definitely be back.

Every service I have had done at this medical spa has been an exceptional experience. The doctor, the PAs, the administration, nursing staff- basically everyone you come in contact with through your experience- make you feel welcome and appreciated. They take their time with you and explain things well and make you feel comfortable each step of the way. I’ve been coming here for 7 years and I will continue to do so until I stop aging.

I am so happy with my laser hair removal treatments so far. Kayla is awesome! She makes me feel totally comfortable as I was certainly apprehensive about this service. I’m already seeing results, and I really couldn’t be happier! I only wish I would have used premier sooner! Laser hair removal

I had 3 picoway laser treatments done over the last 5 months. Drea is excellent at her job! She’s very thorough, walks you through the procedure and explains what she is doing as she is doing it. I highly recommend Acqua Blu Medical Spa and Drea!

I had a PRP scalp treatment with Zak for hair loss prevention. Top-notch service all the way around. The numbing of the scalp pre-treatment kept me comfortable, even though the whole treatment was pretty quick. I’ve had other treatments at Acqua Blu Medical Spa as well. Highly recommend!
