I was at ease due to the professionalism of the staff. My skin seems better since the procedure and using a recommended product.

Anna is extremely personable, and makes you feel so comfortable. I felt very safe being in her hands !! She is great !!! Of course, I would like to leave there looking 15 yrs younger but that would require about 9 plastic surgeons, so until then I am happy with the results, lets go to the next level . LOL
