Zak was wonderful! Explained everything and asked if I had questions several times

Zak was very personable and professional and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. He was excellent at explaining what my expectations should be and overall I had a pleasant experience with him. It was my first time seeing him as I usually see Drea and I highly recommend them both!

Yes I was very satisfied. I had an appointment with Dr. Heil. He was tied up with consultations and I was asked if Zak could give me my injections. I agreed. He was timely, the injections were nearly painless and I had just a tiny amount of bruising. He is very friendly and professional.
