Acqua Blu Medical Spa Reviews — Questions for RejuvaPen microneedling

RejuvaPen is the practice’s named microneedling option. Needle-based treatments involve the skin barrier and should be distinguished from at-home rollers and RF devices. The FDA recommends asking about operator training, infection precautions and the possibility of pigment changes or scarring.

What to clarify

Ask what skin concern is being treated, how the device is prepared, how single-use components are handled and what follow-up looks like. Tell the clinician about prior scars, pigment problems, infections and other skin treatments. Ask whether another treatment is a better fit for the concern.

How this option differs

Acqua Blu also lists fractional RF microneedling, which adds energy, and lasers for selected texture issues. A lower advertised price does not mean the same procedure. Compare training, device, planned area, number of visits and the expected recovery instructions.

Reading relevant reviews

An acne-scar account needs context about scar type, number of sessions and elapsed time. A single “microneedling” review may not identify RejuvaPen at all.

Questions to bring

  • Which concern and area would be treated?
  • What are the device hygiene and operator-training procedures?
  • Why ordinary rather than RF microneedling or a laser?
