Laser Genesis and IPL appear on separate Acqua Blu pages. “Redness” can mean a broad background flush, a visible vessel or another condition, so a provider should first identify what is present. A device chosen for one type of redness may not be the best answer for another.
What to compare
Ask the clinician to indicate the target on your skin and explain the expected change. Discuss history of flushing, prior procedures and medications. Request a full plan that includes number of visits, the point at which response will be assessed and whether a medical evaluation is warranted.
Trade-offs
Laser Genesis is discussed as a gentler repeated-treatment approach; IPL uses filtered broad-spectrum light. Compare the actual target and complete course rather than the promise of no downtime or an isolated per-visit price.
Using reviews
A single glowing-skin review does not answer whether visible redness changed. Look for the baseline problem and later assessment.
Questions to bring
- What kind of redness is this?
- Which device targets that feature and how will it be measured?
